I hope you all had a wonderful fourth of July. I know mine was great, filled with family and friends. Again I used the excuse of the holiday to whip up a delicious treat. The family kept raving about it so I thought I'd share my recipe from the Food Network.
It is quick and easy to make, and the oven can stay off which is perfect for keeping the house cool during summer days. Happy Thursday all!
